If you feel worse after a treatment, please let me know by email within at least 12-24 hours of onset with a full description of what has changed.

It is your responsibility to check all herbal and supplement with your doctor or pharmacist, particularly if you are on prescribed medication.

During a treatment I may advise you to go directly to A&E or to book a doctor’s appointment: you are not legally obliged to take this advice, but you are strongly advised to do so.

Your privacy and right to confidentiality are of utmost importance to me. I am legally obligated to maintain absolute confidentiality and privacy, unless I believe that you are a danger to yourself or others.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are charged in full.
